Stripe payout does not match your bank deposit
The bank gets a net payout. Stripe lists charges. This tool turns two Dashboard CSVs into one sentence per payout.
銀行入金と Stripe の売上が一致しないとき、2つの CSV から「入金 = 売上 − 手数料 − 返金」の1文を出します。ファイルはブラウザ内だけで処理します。
- Problem Bank deposit ≠ Stripe sales. That is a net payout, not an error in the file.
- Input Two CSVs: Payouts, then Balance transactions (include payout id). Bank CSV is optional.
- Result One sentence: this deposit = charges − fees − refunds, plus a short brief.
- Free vs $9 Free: first payout only, bank match locked. $9/month: every payout in the file, bank match, download.
What you get (sample, no upload)
Before
Bank line: STRIPE TRANSFER 355.79
Stripe sales look like 400. The numbers do not match.
After
This bank deposit of 355.79 is payout po_abc: charges 400 minus fees 14.21 minus refunds 30.
Free plan would stop here (first payout). $9 unlocks the second payout in this file and marks the bank line as matched.
Files stay in this browser. We never receive your CSV, URL, or row text. Not affiliated with Stripe.
Use your CSVs
Stripe → Payments → Payouts → Export. Then Reports → Balance transactions (include payout id). Bank CSV is optional on the paid plan.
Unlock every payout and bank matching.
Start $9/monthPayments are not connected yet. After approval, this button goes to a Stripe Checkout link.
Free vs $9
Same job. Paid only unlocks the rest of the file and bank matching. Not a bookkeeping suite.

What this is not
Not tax advice. Not a replacement for A2X or QuickBooks. It does not post journals. It explains one bank line.
